I have run into a problem within the appearance>customize feature. I am using Vantage theme, but the issue also occurred with Estate. I have upgraded both themes to premium. When you enter customize then make changes, wait 10 seconds or longer, then click save & publish, it doesn’t save, just shows progress then shows save & publish, not saved. It worked after the theme was installed, but after using page builder, the problem occurs. Many changes need made within my site. Any suggestions for a fix would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear about this hassle. Please try for us:
1. Run all pending updates from Dashboard > Updates. Plugins, the WordPress core, anything that’s pending.
2. De-activate all of your plugins at once.
3. Re-check the Customizer. If there has been a change then re-activate your plugins one by one, each time check the problem.
4. Still no luck, use your browser’s Console to check for any Javascript errors showing in the Customizer: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis
5. Hopefully we don’t land up down here. Try switching to a default them like Twenty Fourteen. How’s the Customizer doing in that theme?

I have solved the issue I believe. It was a corrupt plugin. I was using a plugin named simple rich text editor. Everything would work with the awesome customizer, until I tried using that plugin. I dowloaded Black Tiny MCE and that solved my issues. I am very excited with the customizer/page builder! That, and the Vantage Premium theme is wonderful! I greatly appreciate your help! I have just been contracted with a client in Australia. He is impressed with the outlook so far. I am looking forward to the page builder upgrade, and any new theme’s coming out.
