Custom text for SiteOrigin Image widget

Hi,
I am using page builder,
decided to use the SiteOrigin Image widget to put images,
images is centering nicely,
and I managed to make center the title and gave it a color with this code :

    margin-top: -10px;
    text-align: center;
    color: #18adb5;
}

but I have a problem if I want to give a long text for that image,
so the questions, are:
1. how can I put smaller text for the title?
2. how to show ‘Alt text’?
