Custom Menu Wizard doesn’t work when inserted into SiteBuilder

I found SiteBuilder this weekend and everything was working as far as adding Images, Text Boxes and Widgets until I tried adding a Custom Menu. I tried the Advanced Menu Widget Version 0.3 | By Ján Bočínec and also tried the Custom Menu Wizard Version 2.0.5 | By Roger Barrett.

Both Widgets work if installed in the Oxygen Theme widget areas, but didn’t work when installed in Site Builder. (Advanced Menu Widget didn’t work on all settings, so I de-activated it) Is there a Menu Widget that has been tested with Site Builder for Custom Menus? I was working on a new page: Boomer Landing Page http://dreamousbeauty.com/?page_id=626

The site is http://dreamousbeauty.com/ which is a Development site for http://www.dreamous.com/ Both were created using the Oxygen Theme with the Ecwid Shopping Cart.

On http://dreamousbeauty.com/ I created a New Home Page with SiteBuilder and a New All Products page http://dreamousbeauty.com/?page_id=467 without any issues.

I can email Logiin access for Dreamousbeauty.com if you need to look at the pages and plugins.

Also, I like your products, so how do I pay to get on Premium Support. I am considering changing to your Themes for future sites I develop and maybe converting Dreamous.com if it would work better.

Thanks
Frank

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Frank

Thanks for your feedback. Page Builder uses widgets in a way not always expected by plugin developers. As a result not all plugins are compatible. There is unfortunately no hotfix we can offer in these situations. All we can suggest is that you contact the plugin developer and ask them to get in touch with us if they need assistance in getting compatible with Page Builder. The plugin has a big reach that is expanding quickly so hopefully as it grows in popularity so will the compatible list of plugins.
