    Hi Ola

    Thanks for posting.

Try seeking a working baseline by temporarily deactivating all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. In that state, does the issue resolve?

    Hi Andrew,

I have tried that but it’s still the same. Website preview is not displaying in the custom css visual editor.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the update. If you definitely deactivated every single plugin not authored by SiteOrigin and the issue persisted, try checking for console errors when the issue occurs, here is how https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis.

Here’s a report of the javascript diagnosis i carried out following the procedure in the link you sent:

    Browsers used: Chrome and Opera
    SCRIPT_DEBUG couldn’t fix the error

    Error from the Console:

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.thebrandfidant.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=so_custom_css' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure frame 'http://www.thebrandfidant.com/?so_css_preview=1'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
    jquery.js:4

No inspector to highlight with editor.min.js?ver=1.2.5:1

Waiting on your reply. Thanks for your swift response!

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks. Head over to SettingsGeneral, ensure your Site and WordPress URL’s are both https. If they already are, go to PluginsAdd New, try installing Really Simple SSL.
