Custom Color Selection For Block-row Background Layout in Block Row Styles Error

The Background custom color option for the background row styling in a block, is not working property. it does not have a color selection available, instead it only allows me to type in the HTML color code, which is not efficient for me.

Any ideas anyone? I’m running it on the Rocked WP theme. I deactivated, removed and re-installed and that did not reset anything or change.
