    Thanks for reaching out.

    If the visual inspector is now working as expected, it’s possible you have a plugin conflict. Try temporarily deactivating all plugins except for SiteOrigin CSS. In that state, does the visual editor work as expected?

    If you’re a semi-technical user you can also try troubleshooting directly by checking for JavaScript errors when the issue occurs in the visual inspector.
