CSS Inspector missing

The inspector window is missing
I tried this solutions:
disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins: No result Inspector is still missing
Tried with 3 different web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Firefox) Inspector is still missing
Trie with Site origin theme “Infulence” Inspector is still missing

I do not know what to do yet. Can you please help me

    If you head over to SettingsGeneral, do your WordPress and Site URL exactly match?

    If the above doesn’t help, go back to the SiteOrigin CSS visual editor and open your browser’s console, there might be helpful errors there. Here is how: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis
