CSS Inspector does not show Desktop View, only Mobile?

Basically the title. When I’m trying to inspect the code, it’s only showing the mobile (specifcally, the Tablet view) of the website.
This makes it impossible to view the Navigation Primary Menus in desktop view. Why is this the case?

Also, I lose the ability to inspect if I ever click on a link.

    Hi Rick,

    I suspect this is happening due to the screen resolution you’re using and when your theme has its responsive breakpoints. Can you please clarify what screen resolution you’re using? Also, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at your setup?
