Downloaded your newest version. However, I could not get it to open for editing. Using WP v4.4.2 with Woocommerce v2.5.2. Clicked on both icons, still no luck. All I see is the video about basically how to use the plugin, the two icons, a blank square. Looked at all the posts regarding this issue and inactivated all plugins, the plugin still doesn’t work. Still doesn’t work. Also looked into a thread about my SSL certificate possibly interfering with the plugin. From what I can gather, that is not an issue.
I really like the idea of your plugin but this is frustrating. Again, I see there are others who have had the same issue and I tried all what you suggested to them and still no luck.
I appreciate your time and will await your response and/or any suggestions.

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
