CSS Editor Visual

8 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 8 years ago

SiteOrigin’s plugins have made my life a lot easier, since I’m new to WordPress and don’t know CSS.
After doing SSL through CloudFlare and changing my web address from http:// to https://, I can no longer use the CSS Editor’s visual feature, I believe the problem is caused because the visual editor is trying to load the original http address and when I try to manually type in the https address I get the error message:”Invalid URI. Please make sure you’re using a URL from the same site.”.

I’d really appreciate your help in advance.

Thanks,
Rod

    Hi Rod,

Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsGeneral. Are both of your URLs set to https? If so, please navigate to WP Admin > Appearance > Custom CSS and expand the editor. Could you please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.
