Hello,

I have installed CSS Editor and if I press on the visual or maximize button nothing is happening.
I’m using Vantage Pro.
In Appearence menu now I have 2 Custom CSS one with a link to: wp-admin/themes.php?page=siteorigin_custom_css and one to: wp-admin/themes.php?page=so_custom_css

What am I doing wrong?
Thank you,
George D.

P.S. I posted in General because CSS Editor isn’t in the dropdown list

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi BBrz

Don’t worry, you are not doing anything wrong. In Appearance the top Custom CSS is referring to the new SiteOrigin CSS Editor plugin that was released recently. The bottom Custom CSS refers to the editor built in to Vantage Premium.

You can use whichever one you want as they both share the CSS from the same location. We will be looking to remove the built in editor in a future update as the plugin is a huge improvement.

    Hello Magus,

OK. But my problem is that if I press on the top right icons – visual and maximize – nothing is happening.

    Thank you,
    George

Hi George not trying to hijack your thread but can I suggest to SiteOrigin the name of one be changed in the menus to clarify the difference.
In relation to your problem have you tried removing, clearing cache and reinstalling?

    Hello,
I have found the problem plugin. It was Regenerate Thumbnails.

    Now it works.
    Thanks all,
    George D.

    Hi George

Glad you found the issue, a plugin conflict was to be the next advice.

If you need any more help please feel free to open a new support thread.
