Critical Error

By Idan Ghelber, 3 years ago. Last reply by Andrew Misplon, 3 years ago.

Hello,

I am using the site origin page builder. I have had no issues in the past but recently when I tried to edit my website I have gotten this error message

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I went through and de activated all my plugins and re activated one by one to see if it was an issue with one of the plugins. The error message did not pop up until I activated the Page Builder by SiteOrigin plugin.

Thanks.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Idan

    Thanks for reaching out.

If possible, please, enable WP_DEBUG in your WordPress wp-config.php file so you can find out what the error is. More on doing that here.

Alternatively, please, try seeking a working baseline. Does the issue occur if you temporarily deactivate all plugins and then activate only Page Builder by SiteOrigin?
