I want to write a line of credits, such as Webmaster, etc, below the footer. How do I do that?

The setting you’ll want to use here is “Site Information Text”. You can find it by navigating to Appearance > Theme Settings in your WordPress admin. Under the General tab. You can enter anything you like there :)
