Create custom header

Hi – I’m trying to create a custom header that shows my logo, tagline, contact information and maybe other things. I started down the road of using the Layout builder in Appearance->Customizing->Widgets->Header but having a tough time. I was able to remove the Site Title with custom CSS that I found in the support forum :). However when I split my row into three areas and added SiteOrigin Image (logo), the logo gets all whacked and out of position. I tried reducing the size of the row layout which caused the logo to go to the right? Image size was set to medium but I think I’ll need to create a custom dimension. I also notice that Visual area inside of Customizing never reflects what is in my Layout Builder. Am I using the right approach to create the custom header? Thanks for the help.

Hi – so I’ve been poking around more and finally get the concept of Widget->Header->Visual Editor. I put the logo back in Header and added two more VE widgets to the header so I’m off experimenting. Let’s close this thread. Sorry for the trouble.
