Content disappears

When I switch to the PageBuilder editor and make a preview, the whole content disappears (text, photos, …). I just see a blank site and when I change back to the normal editor, the content is still gone. I tried to make a new Site with Pagebuilder by using Visual Editor and Text widgets … still blank. What do I do wrong?

I am using pagebuilder with the crux theme and woocommerce.

    Hi Daniela

    Doesn’t sound like this is happening, but to confirm, it’s not possible to edit Page Builder content outside of Page Builder.

    Please check:

    1. Are you running Page Builder 2.0.3?
    2. Test with all other plugins de-activated. Just leave Page Builder active and run a test.
    3. Test without the Preview button, just save and view page in a new tab. We have had on and off issues with the Preview button.
    4. Test with a default theme like Twenty Thirteen and see if the issue persists.
