contact widget on cell-phone

Hi

I got this site, www.grad.dk and I use only pictures right now to present materials, but the widget at the bottom called a contact form doesnt scale down as the pictures do when scrolling the website on a phone for instance. I´m fairly new to this and havent coded a single line in my life.
