Contact form issue

The contact form sends the information with the emailaddress given by the user of the form.
This gives problems when the mail is forwarded to a hotmailaccount (and probably other too). see below:

When i use the jetpack contact form it works fine because jetpack contactform sends the mail from [email protected] and no the mailaddress given in the form.
