Hi.

I need a contact form with the opportunity for a file upload, so that documents and/or photos can be sent to me from my website together with the form message.

Do SiteOrigin provide that for its contact form?

    The SiteOrigin Contact Form Widget unfortunately doesn’t offer file uploads at the moment. Perhaps you could use Contact Form 7 for this task? https://contactform7.com/file-uploading-and-attachment/
