Contact Form 7 multiple columns

Hi, I’m using Vantage Premiun and I´d appreciate if you could help me to create a contact form in 2 or more columns. I found a link in this forum which I followed in detail but once I create a 2 column form I see that it´s not responsive, is there any other useful resource you could send me that could make the trick ?

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
