I am attempting to use your contact plugin with the premium add-on. There are a few things that seem really important things that are missing.
1. Confirmation email
2. State Field (prefilled with 50 states)
3. Phone field
4. A redirect

Unfortunately, these options/fields arent currently possible without custom coding. I’ve marked this thread as a feature request. We often look through these threads to get ideas for what to add in our future updates. Hopefully, we’ll be able to add this in a future update.
