Constrain logo height randomly fails

I am using a custom logo with the logo in menu setting with constrain logo height. Sometimes the code for constrain logo height works fine and the menu bar displays normally. Other times the menu height doubles or more and the logo and menu bar are off center. I’ve tried several different logo dimensions and the menu will still fail to load correctly a significant percentage of the time on all browsers I’ve tested with so far.
