Complete reset siteorigin css

I’ve bought a new domain and got help from the webhotel to move my installation to the new site. After the move the siteorigin css has stopped working. When I edit code nothing happens and when I try to visualize the page is just blank.
I’ve tried inactivating, removing and installing again. Then my previous code shows up. I’ve removed the code. Saved and went back to see that it’s gone. Then I inactivated, removed and reinstalled, and the code shows up again!
It seems the code is saved somewhere else outside the plugin. Is there a place outside the plugin where I can remove files/information that the plugin creates? To do a “complete” reset?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Marcus,

there a place outside the plugin where I can remove files/information that the plugin creates?

The only data outside of what you’ve already adjusted is the generated stylesheet. Please connect to your website via FTP and navigate to your WordPress directory. Go to wp-content/uploads/so-css and delete all of the present CSS files.

Outside of that, even if your old CSS was still being loaded the SiteOrigin CSS Preview shouldn’t appear blank.

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
