Comments functionality not appearing

The comments section isn’t appearing on my website even after I’ve enabled comments for my blog posts. I’m not sure what to do. Can anyone help?

Comment forms only appear on single post pages:

If Appearance > Theme Settings > Blog > Post Content is set to Full you can use the More tag to split your content, forcing users to continue reading on the single post page:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/
