Columns doesn´t work in explorer and mozilla firefox

Hello! I have asked the same question coupIe weeks ago, but there was no answer.. I have been using this plugin for a long time, and tested it in Chrome and Safari and it worked perfectly! The problem is that I realized that in Firefox and Explorer the columns don´t appear! how can I solve this?

I don´t know if it´s because I did something wrong or because the plugin is not compatible with Explorer and Firefox.. but it is a problem that I need to solve.. Can you please help me?
