Hi – I’m just trying out your Page Builder plugin with a page that I am using with ‘Flat Metro’ theme from Envato. I have one row followed by three columns, however when I update and preview the page all is well. However when I visit the page via my website homepage the columns are stacked on top of each other. I’m a newbee to WordPress so it could just be a schoolboy error – would you mind letting me know if there a simple solution for this?
Hi JimV
Please send through a link to a demo page showing this result and we’ll see if there is anything we can do to assist.
Hello Andrew,
Sorry I did not anticipate such a quick response – thanks you! Hopefully you can see the following page (?) http://www.im2web.co.uk/#Homeplugs
Kind regards, Jim
Nay thanks
I should also add -the website is very much in draft at the moment – Penguins will NOT be featured :o)
Hi Andrew,
You should now be able to see the above page – I note that I have not been able to add any formatting (bullets etc…) via the standard text editor since installing the plugin. Maybe this would help in your diagnosis (?)
If you require a rich text editor for Page Builder we recommend the Visual Editor widget: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/.
At this url: http://www.im2web.co.uk/#Homeplugs I don’t see any Page Builder source code. Can you please check under Plugins whether you’re running SiteOrigin Page Builder.
Your premium theme does offer support so it could also be an option to checkup with the theme authors on this.
