So I was asked to create a new thread for this (not sure why as part of the answer was in the old thread I posted in) and the original thread was here:
Add “Call” Button for mobile usage & smaller font size in masthead
Basically, I tried the code you provided in the original thread to create a Click to Call button that only displays on mobile and not desktop. I was able to successfully have the button dial a phone number using the tel+000000000 code, but when I used the other code to make it “mobile only” it didn’t work. It was either displaying on both mobile and desktop still, or it wasn’t displaying on either (depending on which of the two codes you provided that I used). Could you please double check your code or the manner in which you explained it to ensure you used the right code and/or explanation?

Thanks for opening a new thread. We ask our users to do this because we prioritize support based on the amount a user chose to pay in our pay what you want system. Also, a lot of the time the issues can be similar, but have a different root cause.
Perhaps, check that you’ve used the international number format. If the international format isn’t used, the tel format won’t work.
