Circle Icon Editor Won’t Load

This is a very beautiful theme. I love that it is clean and you have so many options. However, I am trying to edit the circle icons. When I click “Edit,” the editing window pops up with “Circle Icon” in the top left corner, but in the left & right panes, there are just little circles spinning – “thinking,” as I put it to customers. I’ve tried deleting these circle icon widgets and reloading, but nothing works. Please help.

    Hi Dee Boyte

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
