Child Vantage Theme and Woocommerce and product page

Hi there
We have a woocommerce shop and I need help with the following.
On my page i have 43 items for sale but on 1-20 out of 43 shows up and there is no next page button to show the others. I reached out to woocommerce and was redirected here.
Can you help me set up a next and previous page button on by store
thank
Kelly

    Hi Kelly

    Thanks for reaching out.

Does the issue resolve if you temporarily change to the Vantage parent theme?

  2. Yes it will show more than 20 if I do that. However, it will require a lot of changes. Are you suggesting that we switch permanently to Vantage or is there a fix for Child Vantage?
    Thank You

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

Temporarily switching to the Vantage parent theme will allow you to isolate the issue. If the issue resolves with the parent theme activated it means there is a problem somewhere in your child theme. If that’s the case you can try to directly diagnose the issue by looking at your PHP and template customizations one by one OR if you aren’t able to investigate in a technical manner you can use elimination. Remove functions/templates/functionality temporarily until the issue resolves. Once the issue resolves you would have found the issue in your child theme code.

  4. Thank you for your prompt response. I am just a member at a non profit with no css training. So I am worried about doing that. Will this require us hiring a web designer

Hi, thanks for your reply. It’s very unlikely CSS is involved in the problem. Ideally, the person that created your child theme and added customizations would take a look at this problem. If you’d like direct help inspecting your child theme and diagnosing the problem, please, consider a SiteOrigin Premium license. We’re able to directly assist with a problem like this within our premium support scope.
