Child Theme and Website Layout

1. Do we need to create a child theme for Vantage?

2. Is it possible to build a website like this on Vantage – http://stajniakinok.com?
On the top I would need to put google translate plugins, weather plugin, time plugin images etc. So will that be possible too?

    Hi Edwin

    If you are going to make any alterations to the core theme files then you would need a child theme. If you are only going to be altering the styles with custom CSS then you will not, but it is always a good idea to be using one in case future alterations are needed due to plugin issues or other conflicts.

    You could easily build an identical site to that using Vantage. It would only need customizer settings altered and some custom CSS. You should be able to use any plugin with Vantage, there are very few that cause conflicts.
