Hey guys.
First off, I absolutely love the Vantage theme and Page Builder plugins. Kudos to Greg for making such a great platform.
The purpose of this thread is to give you guys a heads up about changing the text widget title size from to . To my understanding, search engine optimization prioritizes these tags and helps rate your website accordingly. The widget, by default, is set to H3. To change it, you must first…
1. Go to the plugins menu and deactivate the plugin (THIS IS CRITICAL or else the plugin will fail and you’ll have to change the tags back to H3 and reactivate it).
2. Click “edit” on the Page Builder plugin.
3. The first file (you should already be in it) is siteorigin-panels/siteorigin-panels.php
4. Use your text finder application on your computer (or look for it manually) to find ‘before_title’ => ”,
5. Change both the “before_title” and “after_title” tags to H2.
6. Save
7. Reactivate
Unfortunately, if you have used this widget a lot, you will manually have to click the text box in your post/page and edit each tag to be H2. Otherwise, every time you add a text box now, it’ll be coded with the attribute.
Hope this helps you guys out.

P.S. Always create a backup if you’re modifying files and you’re not entirely sure what you’re doing. I do NOT want to be responsible for your website going down because you didn’t follow directions!!!
Opps! Total newb mistake on this forum for me.
i tried this and it works, but only on one page?
Hi David,
