I am adding images onto my page with the image widget, which you can see here as an example (http://ventamsystems.net/wp/gas-safety-systems/gas-interlock-systems/). These images are quite large. Is there a way to scale the image down but keep the dimensions of the width of the container, therefore creating white space on the left and right-hand side of the image, if that makes sense?
open site origin image widget, on the options change image size from full to a size you desired . now to align the image click on to image alignment dropdown and change to center from center . hope it helps
Hi Gopu,
That doesn’t work. That just centres the image in the container, it doesn’t change the height of the container while maintaining the whole image in view which is what I would like. Any other suggestions? Thank you.
Ok.does adjusting the padding works?
That worked, thanks!
Good.happy that it worked.
