Changing permalink structure causes broken links on search results page (Vantage Premium)

By Brian Lonergan, 9 years ago. Last reply by Andrew Misplon, 9 years ago.

Hi
On my WordPress blog if I change the permalink structure from Default to (/%postname%/)
A number of my search results can not be found due to broken links.
When using the /%postname%/ Permalink the search results link to the page_name/asp_faq/(post)
When the correct link should be page_name?asp_faq=(post)
Any ideas how to rectify this?
I am using the Vantage Premium theme

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Brian

    Thanks for reaching out.

Is it just the FAQ’s that are showing broken URLS with the Permalink change? If so you can try switching themes to confirm Vantage isn’t involved. I suspect it isn’t. Perhaps get in touch with the plugin author to see if they are able to assist:
