Changing North Template Icons

9 years ago · Last reply by Support Assistants 8 years ago

First… AWESOME set of tools! Page Builder and your widgets just ROCK!

My issue is in trying to change the 4 template icons. In customizer, Theme Settings/Icons. When I click to select a new icon, it just spins and spins. It opens the media selection window, but no images ever show up. I can change other graphics like the logo or site icon, but the Menu, Back to Top, Search and Close icons all act this way.

    Hi Kevin

    Thanks for your support.

All looks normal on our side. Is it possible you’re hitting a PHP memory limit? This is just a guess but a good place to start. If you’d like, you could install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/server-ip-memory-usage/ and then check the text footer in the WordPress admin, it’ll tell you what percentage of PHP memory you’re currently using. Let me know what that says and we’ll go from there. If you’re close to the limit you might ask your hosts if they can increase the limit.

Thanks. 40 mb is quite low so it would be easy for this to be maxed out. Please, reach out to your hosts and ask them if they can increase the limit to 256.
