Changing footer from vertical to horizontal in Boss theme

Hi everyone,

I’ve googled this issue and tried to add some code found in SiteOrigin forums in CSS editor but my footer is just not changing to horizontal.

Can anyone provide me with a code which will work in Boss theme? Or clarify why this is not changing?
