Changing font size of menu side bar in Blog Posts

Please assist as Im going crazy… How do I edit the font size and margin width of my Blog Posts pages. I can easily adjust the main Blog page using PageBuilder however when I’m on a post page itself, I have no editorial control of the menu font size.
Any suggestions?
