Hi currently I am using the Profile theme but since I have gone live on a server any custom css or changes to the style sheet do not change anything. My website is comedatewithme.com
My biggest problem from this is a little crucial as the site looks pants on mobile. The background image is not resizing. Please help, the custom code is

I have also made many changes in the style sheet but nothing happens.
