I would like trying to change font size and color of the titles on my homepage Visual Editor widgets but can’t figure out how to make it happen.

You can fix/change this with some custom CSS. If you navigate to Appearance > Custom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Just add the following code.
#pg-15-1 .widget-title { color: #ccc; font-size: 24px; }Please change the font-size and colour to match what you need.
