Change Post Sharing Bar look

Hello,

I figured out how to move the Post Sharing “bar” and placed it underneath the headlines and posted on stuff with moving this code:

Is there a way of changing the look of this “bar”?

I would like to have a look similar to the menu bar.

And is there a way of changing the look of the share buttons. They are a bit outdated.
