Change Menu Bar size

I have been trying various ways to get my menu bar back to the size of the highlight bar underneath. The problem is that the .hgroup.full-container that I uploaded an image to is being cut off at the bottom. I have tried to adjust the size of this image I have tried to put the print higher but it keeps on landing up the same. I have been using the Custom CSS, have added padding where I think it should be, adjusting the line height on the Main-menu. I NEED Help please. The site is cookingholidayinitaly.com You will see that the image is a bit higher than the container, have put 10px padding at the bottom, but that does not help. Also is it possible to make the “back to top” button the same color as my header print. code is #040076. as it is some people have said that it is hard to see.

    Unfortunately, this would require a fair amount of custom coding. This is beyond the scope of what we can help you with on the forums, but you could hire a developer to implement this for you.
