    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

If your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress, you can most likely log in via https://yourdomainname.com/wp-admin

Change yourdomainname.com to your own domain name.

Kindly note that SiteOrigin author’s products for WordPress websites but doesn’t offer any website hosting.

    Hi Andrew,

I have tried out your way, but it said the site can't be reached.

    Any problem?

    Thanks.

    Hi, thanks for the update.

Do you perhaps know who built your site? If not, you could consider hiring a web developer to assist you.

    Hi Andrew,

That's the problem I am taking over this company halfway and nobody handover these to me. I am trying to figure out what I can do.

    Thanks.

    Hi Ms Lee

Unfortunately, managing a WordPress installation is a bit beyond our free support scope. A WordPress developer should be able to arrange access if you control the registered email account for the business and website.
