Cells in same row show in different row on tablet and mobile

Hi, I am using Site Origin Layout Builder to build custom footer. There is one row I used to show 4 Site Origin Image. It is showing nicely as single row on desktop but the images will change to show in different row when accessing via tablet and mobile. I have try use different type css such as display inline, inline-block and limit width but the image still show in different row in tablet and mobile. Please advise.     Hi Ye

    Try editing the row and changing LayoutCollapse Behaviour to no No Collapse.
