Hi, I wanted to upgrade our ‘Focus’ theme to premium, but I receive an ‘Oops! That page can’t be found’.
I used the link from the ‘Customization menu’: https://siteorigin.com/downloads/premium/?ref=###&featured_theme=focus
So, how do I get the premium theme? we need it because of responsiveness.
kind regards,
Harold Vogelaar
Hi Harold,
Focus Premium has been merged with the soon to be released SiteOrigin Premium service. I can’t give you an ETA on when that will be available but I can definitely tell you that you don’t need SiteOrigin Premium to have a responsive Focus themed website. Please navigate to WP Admin > Appearance > Customize and then Theme Settings > Layout. Now this is likely the part that tricked you. The checkbox button was actually mistyped in Focus so that it’s a text field rather than a checkbox. We can’t fix it at the moment due to reasons out of our control but basically, if you input anything into that field the website will be responsive.
I’m very sorry about the confusion!
