Hey guys,

last time i´ve watched some videos to solve my problem with some CSS problems.
In lots of videos i saw that this plugin will help me but I have problem with starting it.

After installing i went to Appearance -> Custom CSS. But i had no CSS Revisions.
As I clicked the “eye” he sowhed me nothing. On the right side i saw my site name but all was white. (same if i changed the site-name to another link)

Do I maybe have to change some settings on my theme?
I´m sorry for that question but i´m new in that.

About help I would be really thankful!

Regards
Alex

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Alex,

As I clicked the “eye” he sowhed me nothing. On the right side i saw my site name but all was white. (same if i changed the site-name to another link)

Can you please show me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload the image to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me. Also, ideally, can you please link me to your website? This will allow me to compare what you’re seeing with how your site actually appears.

But i had no CSS Revisions.

Revisions are created after you’ve added new CSS and saved your changes. There are no revisions by default as you haven’t made any changes.

    Hey Alex,

wow! That was a fast reply :)

    Yea sure:

    https://www.directupload.net/file/d/5392/tu27fy4t_jpg.htm

I´ve tried to change something but nothing happened – I also could not seen the site like it was in other videos. It was just white.

I made the link to the site black cuz i had some bad experience with it in older days.

    Thx!
    Regards
    Alex

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Alex,

Thanks. Is your site set up to use https? If so, please navigate to WP AdminSettingsGeneral and change your WordPress URL and Site URL to use https:// rather than http://.

I´m using the Astra Theme Pro and Elementor Pro Page builder – may there is the problem

We’re not aware of any compatibility issues with either that theme or that plugin. At this time, I strongly think you’re experiencing a mixed content issue and that’s resulting in the SiteOrigin CSS preview being blank. The above instructions will resolve that issue.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Alex,

Both URLs need to use https:// and not http://.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload the screenshot to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.
