I noticed that I couldn’t scroll on the post pages with my mobile, only when holding over the “background”. Troubleshooted the problem to your plugin. I did have the same problem before updating to the latest version, but the problem persisted after updating.
Using latest Chrome together with Android 4.4.4.
Hi matte629
Thanks for your feedback.
Can you please confirm, does the problem persist with all plugins except for Page Builder de-activated? And does the problem persist when another theme like Twenty Fourteen is activated?
Hi, thanks for respons!
Yes, the problem persists when all of my other plugins are inactivated, while having Twenty Fouteen as a theme activated. I did try to do the same with the Mobile Firefox browser and that browser didn’t have the issue. But I prefer using Chrome.
I should also say that the scrolling issue happens when i try to scroll while holding over any metabox (not only related to the page builder). When i switch to “Text” mode, I can scroll in that the text window (but not anywhere else), but not when using the page builder or the visual window. Maybe it’s some kind of overlay issue perhaps?
Thanks for your further feedback.
I think I missed you here, are you referring to the WordPress admin, this is where you’re unable to scroll easily, the backend?
Ah, sorry for being unclear. Yes, the problem occures in the admin panel, when trying to edit or create a new post or page.
Thanks again for reporting this. I’ll log a bug ticket for Greg to review the next time he’s doing a run through of issues.
Thanks!
Just wanted to inform, did some own digging and found a class called .ui-sortable with “touch-action:none”, linked to some divs. Don’t know if that’s from your addon though, or if it’s supposed to be like that, but just thought that it could be used.
Appreciate the additional feedback. I’ll pass this on for review.
