Installer Can’t create columns
For some reason I don’t have a column icon on page builder. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. I only have at the top left, Add Widget, Add Row, and Prebuilt Layouts.
When I select Add Row a lightbox comes up with just the work columns and it only creates 2.

That’s correct. Once you click the Add Row button you will be presented with a field that lets you decide how many Columns are in that row. Two is the default. Just edit that number with your desired amount of columns.
OK but I don’t have any way to put the number of columns. Is it a possible issue with Chrome?
I just tried with Firefox and it doesn’t let me enter anything either. The lightbox just displays the word Columns and I can’t enter anything…
If you’re certain there is no field that displays how many columns to add in the Add Row lightbox then please try de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and then re-check the issue. If the issue is resolved try turning your plugins on one at a time to find the conflict.
Arrrggghhh! You’re right. I started doing this but the plugins didn’t seem to make sense that were in conflict. Thanks!
