Hello,
I am getting the following warning when clicking on Appearance -> Customize;
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already set by (output start at …site-origin-panelstpljs-templates.php:113) in …wp-admincustomize.php on line 126
What is this error and how can I resolve it?
Hi, thanks for reaching out.
You could start by seeking a working baseline. Does the issue persist if you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for those authored by SiteOrigin?
Yes the issue persists. Currently I have the following plugins;
Customizer Reset – Export and Import
Display Posts
Page Builder by SiteOrigin
SiteOrigin widgets bundle
WP Mail SMTP
With the others disabled (except the SiteOrigin ones) I still get the exception. Note that the theme I am using is Page Builder Framework, although the problem persists with other themes.
Thanks for the update. Does the error persist if you temporarily deactivate all plugins and switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen?
Sorry for the late reply, I didn’t realise you replied as I didn’t get an email notification.
The issue does not persist because the error message is linked with SiteOrigin. Therefore, if I deactivate SiteOrigin, the problem is not present.
The issue seems to be returning when I activate the SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin
Thanks for the update. Sorry for the hassle. At the moment, we aren’t able to replicate the issue…we’ve been trying. The error is pointing to a blank line making the investigation challenging. Do you perhaps want to email our premium support desk at [email protected]. We can perhaps log in and take a look directly to save you time.
Hi again. Are you perhaps using WordPress 5.7.2 or a version pre 5.8? Thanks.
Yes! I am using version 5.7.2
Wait nvm, I am using WordPress 5.8
The site was transferred over using WP All in One Migration, maybe that messed something up
Thanks for the updates.
The issue has been resolved here. You can find a beta release for Page Builder here. The plugin ZIP file can be installed from PluginsAdd NewUpload Plugin. Please, give the release a try and let us know how it goes.
Hi again. If you give the beta release a try, please, let us know how it goes. Thanks!
