Cannot make a row or row section transparent?

using an iframe in one of the rows and thought it was the iframe but found out it is the actual row from ‘origin plugin’ – tried using css to make background transparent, doesnt work – how can i make the background transparent for the row and widget??

    Hi, ensure that a background color hasn’t been set for the row. Edit the row, click Design and make sure no background color is set there. The same goes for editing widgets.
