cannot install vantage

I am a newbie and need to install Vantage to b0dger.wordpress.com. i cannot see it in theme search and do not know if there is a way of connecting by ftp. Any advice would be greatfully received. Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out. We, unfortunately, don’t operate on WordPress.com at the moment, only the self-hosted WordPress.org.
