Cannot find Embedded Video (PB) in Widgets Bundle

Dear Support,
I actually have two issues.

First, as mentioned in the Subject line, I cannot find the “embedded video” widget in the widgets Bundle.
I did see and activate the one called “Video Player”, but when I attempted to preview the youtube video I am trying to insert in my post, all I got was a blank screen.

Secondly, after reading many threads that instructed the poster to “Head to Settings > SiteOrigin Page Builder and ensure the Bundled Widgets settings is checked”, I don’t understand why there is no “SiteOrigin Page Builder” in my Settings.
