Cannot change background image

A few months ago I added an image as background to my Vantage Premium theme. Today I attempted to replace the image with a new one. I went to the modify background page and found that the page would not access my media page. I then attempted to change to a solid color and it would not take to the live site.

I have a receipt for the $20 I paid via PayPal for a premium theme, but I cannot find a Premium order number anywhere.

    Hi Durham

    Thanks for the wait here. Your premium order number should be found under Settings > General in the SiteOrigin order number field at the bottom of that page.

    Problems with the media manager hint to a possible plugin conflict. Please try the following:

    1. Run any pending updates at Dashboard > Updates.
    2. Temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-check. If the issue resolves then re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking the problem.

    Andrew. Thank you for the reply. I received a similar checklist from a WordPress forum. The problem was with a plugin called “W3 Total Cache”. I ended up replacing it with “Quick Cache” and now all is well.
